ProvenBI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use LakeIQ (the “Product”), including related services, applications, and features made available through the Microsoft Store and Azure Marketplace (collectively, the “Services”).
This Product is intended for business and enterprise customers only.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide:
We may collect business contact information, account details, configuration settings, and support communications.
Customer Data:
LakeIQ processes data submitted by customers. Customer Data remains the property of the customer and is used solely to provide and support the Services.
Automatically Collected Information:
Limited technical data such as IP address, device information, logs, and telemetry used to operate and improve the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate LakeIQ, manage access, support deployments, monitor security and performance, improve functionality, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
LakeIQ is deployed on Microsoft Azure, typically within the customer’s environment. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with subprocessors, legal authorities if required, or during corporate transactions.
5. Microsoft Integrations
LakeIQ integrates with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Entra ID, and related services, subject to Microsoft’s privacy commitments.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary or as contractually required.
7. Rights and Choices
Authorized users may request access, updates, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
8. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
